We find your athlete in the film, grade every rep, and hand you what to fix, what to weigh, what those grades are worth in real dollars, and who to send it to. Boys and girls. Grades 4 through 12.
A highlight reel is a list of the plays that already went well. It is the one thing a college coach learns nothing from — and the one thing every family pays for.
Fourteen clips on your phone, a Hudl login nobody opens, and a coach who says your athlete is doing fine.
A profile on a database, a reel cut from plays you picked yourself, and a monthly fee for a tool that leaves the work with you.
A straight answer about what the film actually shows, what the body is missing, and what the transcript is costing you.
Send the film the way you already have it — a Hudl link or last Friday's videos. We do the finding. Below is a real rep, graded, from a real client's film.
Every line below is produced for your athlete, from their film, their roster, their transcript and their timeline. Nothing in here is a template.
The evaluation is the start, not the product. Everything we find lives in a private site for your family — twelve tabs, updated as new film and new grades come in, and free forever as a read-only archive after the first year.
Everything above, live on your phone, updated as new film comes in — then free forever as a read-only archive.
Video or your kitchen table, with the person who graded the film — and what your athlete commits to goes straight into the portal.
We are not a film company. The film tells you what to fix; the transcript usually decides where your athlete can actually go, and what it costs you.
We pull what each school on the list actually charges and what it publishes for merit aid at each GPA. A tenth of a point is usually worth more per year than the athletic money the family is chasing.
NCAA core courses, the sliding scale, and which classes on next year's schedule count — checked in ninth grade, not in the spring of senior year when it cannot be fixed.
Grants, state aid, institutional awards, deadlines and the FAFSA date. Most families leave this money on the table while they chase a roster spot.
We read it, tell you plainly what it means for eligibility and for college accommodations, and point you at the help that is free first. If you want someone in the room at the meeting, we can introduce you to an independent special education advocate — a separate service, separately priced, never bundled.
Same grading, same portal, same honesty. What changes is what we refuse to put in front of a twelve-year-old.
Pay by bank transfer and it is $40 less.
Start a PlaybookNo coach contacts and no school list. Nobody needs one in sixth grade — and anyone selling your fifth grader a recruiting plan is selling you something.
Start a Youth PlaybookNot every family needs the whole Playbook. Buy one game, one season, the academics on their own, or the lot. Nothing here renews itself.
The first ten families, at cost, in exchange for honest feedback and a name or two. Capped at ten, in writing.

| Option | Price | What you actually get |
|---|---|---|
| NCSA and full-service recruiting | $1,500 – $4,200+ | No published price. A profile, a database, an advisor. You still do the outreach. |
| College admissions consultant | $4,000 – $7,500 | Essays and school lists. Nobody watches a single rep of film. |
| Paid evaluation (Rivals Recruits) | $499 | One written evaluation and a grade. No plan, no academics, no contacts. |
| Highlight reel editors | $249 – $679 | A cut reel. Finding the plays costs extra. Nobody says what the film showed. |
| Recruiting software | $22 – $200 / mo | A tool with a login. The work stays yours. |
| Private position coach | $50 – $130 / hr | Reps — worth every dollar, once you know which three to spend the hour on. |
| Every Rep — the Playbook | $1,039 | All twelve items, the portal, and the hour. One athlete, one season. |
This list is longer than most companies' promises, and it is the reason to trust the rest of the page.
Promise a scholarship, an offer or a phone call. Nobody can.
Rate your child with stars or rank them against the country.
Email college coaches for you. We are not anyone's agent.
Hold your athlete's passwords or post as them.
Report what we could not see — unclear is printed as unclear.
Take a commission from any trainer, camp or facility we name.
From the form to the kitchen table is usually under two weeks.
“We are the only people who will watch your athlete's film and read the transcript in the same week — and tell you which one is actually holding them back.”
If yours is not here, ask it before you pay, not after.
Software does the heavy lifting — finding your athlete in the film, grading rep by rep, pulling rosters, stat sheets and published aid tables. A person confirms the identification at full zoom and signs the report before you ever see it. We will never tell you a coach watched the film when one did not.
Yes. Every rubric is built by position and by sport, not by gender, and the same grades, the same portal and the same academic work apply. Football is live now; basketball and baseball open in January; soccer — field players and goalkeepers — follows in the spring. If your sport is not listed, ask: the honest answer is sometimes not yet.
For a recruiting plan, yes — and we will not sell you one. For film, a measurables baseline, a development plan and the academic habits that decide eligibility at sixteen, this is exactly the right time. That is the Youth Playbook, and it costs a third of the high school one.
Then we say so, and you do not pay. Positive identification — the number read at full zoom — is the one thing we guarantee. Everything after it depends on it.
Most phone film is. Where the angle cannot support a grade, the report prints a dash and the reason instead of a number. The dash is the product. A soft 3 out of 5 you cannot trust is worth less than an honest blank.
No. We give you named coaches off each school's own staff directory, current emails, the dates they can respond, and drafts written for your athlete. Your family sends every message, from their own address. That is both the rule and the better play.
Your family and us. The portal is private and not indexed by search engines. We never hold your athlete's passwords and never post as them. Film is kept 24 months; say the word and it is deleted within 30 days. Accounts for athletes under 13 are held and controlled by a parent.
Fifteen minutes of forms, the film you already have, and no phone call unless you want one. If we cannot positively identify your athlete, you do not pay. Grades 4 through 12, boys and girls.
