Ten minutes, once. Everything we grade, every target we set and every dollar figure we calculate comes out of these answers — so the specific ones are worth more than the fast ones. Fields marked with a star are the ones we cannot work without. We watch every rep. Then we tell you the truth.

Who we talk to

One parent or guardian owns the account. Everything we produce goes to this address — we never contact a school, a club or a college coach on your behalf.

Height, weight and class year drive every roster comparison we run. Give us today's numbers, not last spring's.

A headshot, a team photo crop, or a good action shot — straight from the camera roll is fine. This becomes the top of your athlete's page, which is the first thing you, your family and anyone you share it with will see. It is shrunk on your phone before it is sent, so a big photo will not stall the form.
03Sport

Sport and position

The rubric changes by position. Pick the one we should grade — if the athlete plays both ways, pick the side that is going to pay for college.

Velocity, exit velo and spin rate cannot be measured from video. We report the numbers you give us, labelled as yours, and grade only the mechanics we can actually see.

04Film

The film

We grade tagged film only. Untagged film is not impossible — it is slower, so it is a paid add-on rather than a refusal. If we cannot identify your athlete in a clip, that clip is not graded and not charged.

We cannot read YouTube links. If the film lives on YouTube, put it in Google Drive and share the Drive link instead.
Capture rules that decide whether a report is any good: phone horizontal, zoom off, held high and still, one continuous take per drive, start before the snap. A zoomed, vertical, hand-held clip of a great rep is worth less than a steady wide one of an average rep.
05School

School and grades

This is the half of the file most families skip and most coaches check first. Grades decide eligibility, and at the schools your athlete can realistically attend, grades are worth far more money than athletics.

06Goals

Where you are aiming

Name real schools. We pull their actual rosters — height, weight and class by class — and show you the gap in inches and pounds instead of an opinion.

We build the graphics, the captions and the posting calendar. The family posts. We never hold a minor's login and we never post as your athlete.
07Support

Learning support

Answer only if it is useful to you. Nothing here affects the athletic evaluation.

Do not attach IEP, 504, evaluation or medical records to this form. If you check the box we email you a separate, consented path for those records, stored apart from everything else and deleted on its own schedule. This form stores the check and nothing more.
08Consent

Permission

Your athlete is a minor. We will not watch a frame of film without this, and you can withdraw it in writing at any time.

We keep your athlete's film and reports for 24 months, then delete them unless you ask us to keep them. The portal stays readable for 12 months; after that it becomes a free read-only archive. Ask us to delete everything and we do it within 30 days.

Nothing is charged from this page and we never ask for a card number on a web form. You choose below; we send one secure payment link, or bank details if you'd rather pay by ACH.

Capped at ten families. In exchange we ask for one honest testimonial, two tagged posts, and the names of three families you would send to us.

The academic and aid plan is the one most families underestimate. At the schools most athletes actually attend, a tenth of a grade point is worth more per year than anything that happens on the field.
What happens next: an invoice or payment link within one business day · film instructions on the same email · the evaluation inside seven days of the film arriving · your portal link with it.
Your answers save as you type. The moment you start, a code and your own resume link appear at the top of this page — text that link to yourself and you can stop and come back any time. The only thing that does not resume is a file you attached but have not submitted.

Every Rep is an independent evaluation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any school, club, athletic association or college programme, and it is not an NCAA-certified recruiting or scouting service. We do not contact college coaches on any athlete's behalf and we do not post on any athlete's accounts.
